Who can open my secret?
Only someone who has the link (or scans the QR code) AND knows the password. Without the password they only see a lock screen. The password is not case-sensitive, and you can add a hint to help them.
What does self-destruct mean?
If you turn it on, your message can be opened only once. The moment they unlock it, the words and photo are deleted from our servers and the link stops working. Perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime surprise.
Can I change my message after saving it?
Yes, once for free during the 24 hours after you save it. After that the card is locked; if you need another change, each extra edit is $5.
Can I make more than one card?
Each account includes one card. You can create a whole new card (new theme, words, photo, password, link and QR code) for $10.
How long does my secret stay online?
As long as your account is active. If an account is not used for 1 year, the account and its links expire and are deleted. We email you a month before, and signing in once keeps everything.
Is my message private?
Your words are encrypted in our database, your photo is never public, and the password is stored as a one-way hash. Nobody can browse secrets: each one hides behind its own random link and password.
How do I pay?
One payment of $15 (instead of $20), by card on HEXACODES Pay, or by Whish / OMT. No subscription.
Can I write in Arabic?
Of course. Write in Arabic, English or both: every theme has matching Arabic fonts and the text flows in the right direction.
